Vivien is a litigation lawyer and acts for Applicants and group members on a wide range of class action matters including current and pipeline matters. Prior to working at William Roberts Lawyers, Vivien gained experience in personal injury law, in both class actions and a range of public liability, WorkCover and TAC matters.
Who I work with and what I do
Vivien is an associate in our Melbourne Class Action Team and works on a range of complex class actions, including shareholder class actions and consumer class actions.
Vivien is also involved in investigating a wide range of pipeline matters.
Recently, Vivien has been involved in assisting with drafting pleadings in the IG Class Action.
Vivien has instructed in the County Court of Victoria and the Magistrates Court of Victoria.
As well as working on class actions matters, Vivien is also managing a number of litigated motor vehicle claims on behalf of Australia’s largest insurers.
What I like to do
Vivien loves soccer and enjoys playing for her local community football club, as well as giving back to the club as a board member.
Vivien also has a passion for rescue greyhounds and enjoys spending time with her greyhound, Teddy, who she adopted in 2020.
