Lawyers have autonomy while running their matters and this level of client interaction is definitely a game charger for new and experienced lawyers.
We trust our entire team, including our junior lawyers which enables them to have carriage of their own matters, with supervision from their mentors and their principal. Direct client interaction is not restricted to senior lawyers. Our flat management team operate on an open-door policy making the senior team accessible and approachable. As part of ongoing professional development, team member are provided with regular feedback from their mentors and are encouraged to attend various seminars/workshops to upskill.
